I've called 9 times and dialed 1 for sales to confirm that this item indeed is in stock. All 9 times I was hung up on without even getting to a rep. The 10th time I called I dialed 4 for customer service and told him about the previous 9 calls. He literally told me to hold for "one sec" 4 times. I repeated on 3 occasions what I wanted... "To make sure the item is in stock before placing the order since your website does not indicate the status of whether or not its in stock". He told me to hold "one sec" again... and then hung up. Screw it! I placed the order and if it doesn't arrive in a timely manner. I'll just place a PayPal complaint. Your phone representatives SUCK!
