After ordering form Autoplicity.com i did not get my item in a timley maner, i tried to call customer support and all i got was a bunch of recorded sales pitches, then i emailed customer support at Autoplicity.com and never got a responce from them, so i placed a complant with PayPal and i did receive a full refund, my item finaly arived on 04/21/2015. We sent the item back to Autoplicity.com on 04/21/2015. I will never do business with Autoplicity.com again. Thank You
