The initial order process was very easy.
I received the part I ordered, unfortunately for me it is the wrong part and I need to return it.
Shipping was very timely. I will look here when I need to order other parts.

Excellent service. I called in Monday for a hard to find item which I had ordered from several other online shops who despite saying were In Stock online were not actually in stock at all and the orders were canceled after waiting a week to find out. They had the item in stock as listed on their website and shipped the next day. The price was the cheapest of anyone who actually had the item in stock by a substantial amount.

So far it was pretty painless, let's see how quickly the parts arrive. A guesstimate of when to expect parts would've been nice.
The only thing that wasn't amazing about the overall experience was that the tracking number provided did not work properly, and items did not say 'shipped' on your website until the day I received them on my end.
