First time I have ordered. I am concerned about receiving my order in the time-frame I was given over the phone by one of your employees, and your website does not indicate when I will receive my order.
Delivery date provided by employee not accurate; phoned Customer Service to follow-up on shipping date and was disconnected three times; very poor customer service representatives, delivery times; difficult to obtain information from this company once order has been placed; BE VERY CAUTIOUS!
