First time using Autoplicity. Online ordering was fast and easy. Price on tuner was lowest I found. I called customer service with question about shipping,Got right through.Shipping was FAST. I just found me a new favorite online store. Got to give Autoplicity an A+.....

Canceled my first order for no reason and claimed I called in to cancel it. Order #343808 Customer service on phone is uncaring and really knows nothing or how to make things right.
So paid for 2 day air in the morning and did not ship same day even and so lost another day. Terrible and spent way too much money for shipping. Never shopping here again!
