I placed an order on sep 4 my credit card was billed I never received the order and can't check on line .I would like intake to get truck together. I need truck to cut wood for customers.

This is our second order from Autoplicity. The first one didn't go so well due to a mix up with the Sparco seat pricing. Though I was starting to question our decision to order from them after several emails and phone calls and online chats, they came through in the end. These guys earned our second order by honoring the price they had listed and then calling to follow up when our race seat was shipped. Since this group was able turn our bad experience into a positive one we made our second order and, so far, it looks like they are again getting us what we want at the best price we can find. We are happy to recommend Autoplicty and plan on using them for future orders. There is one specific thing we would recommend, change the quality and volume of the hold music on the 800 #. It sounded like we were calling a 1970's van with a blown Jensen stereo turned all the way up,...

After having trouble completing the payment process through Amazon, I was able to complete my payment information directly on the Autoplicty website and submit the order quickly. The process was easy and fast. They had the best overall price (item plus shipping) I could find on the net. The item was shipped promptly and arrived in great condition.
