Although you should receive a 2 star review, I give it 5 stars only because I should have checked out with paypal before and because of your excellent customer service. Fix the glitch in your system so orders can actually be processed on your page instead of by paypal, so I won't have to wait an additional week for the lowering springs I should have had this week. Good thing for 2 day air right?

We ordered a Thule 9003 Raceway 2-bike rack for my 2011 Honda Civic and it arrived in 2 days. We were very surprised at the fast service. I also had my thoughts that it wouldn't be the exact name brand product I was looking for and a off brand but the same type and I have to say it was exactly the product I wanted. The price was great too. I researched several dealers and Autoplicity was the lowest price at $100 less than others and that included the shipping. I would definitely order from Autoplicity again.

Great website, with definitely the lowest prices online. Their system kept me informed every step of the way on my order status. More than the average online store. Autoplicity is now my first stop for auto parts and accessories.
