I called that i have recieved the wrong part, spoke with "veronica" i asked that i exchange my part for the right part, she said that it was not possible. She said i would get a email within 24hr from return center. She was very short, distasteful, and rude.. i then said Thank you to her and she just hung up! I had every intention of buying more parts off of autoplicity plus the right part im now trying to get but now i am uncertain. This is probly a good company, just a shame they keep people like this around on chance of losing business.

I ordered a rear sway bar for my MINI Cooper on Sunday and it was at my door on Wednesday! Autoplicity had the absolute cheapest price for this bar and I was very impressed with the shipping speed. I would definitely recommend them to my friends!
