Easy so far. The pricing was good, and it shipped in a very timely manner. My only negative comment would be that the only shipping option for my address was UPS 2nd day, or UPS ground. I chose Ground at a cost of about $30.00. The package showed up in the mail which I'm sure did not cost what they charged.

Parts ordered were Hood Supports for a 1995 Lexus GS 300. The parts shipped do not fit my car.

It took a day or two for them to ship my order, but it arrived quickly once shipped. The price was by far the best available.
