The box the item was shipped in was damaged and the foam tape that was supposed to come with the tonneau cover was missing. When I called in to tell them, i was told I need to take pictures and send a claim to the shipper to get the entire order replaced. Tried to explain that I was only looking to see if they could send the missing tape. Person was confused and said that I need to send a picture of missing item!?
