Delivery was a week. Not that there is anything Autoplicity could do, short of changing shippers, but FedEx tracking initially projected delivery on Thursday---which would be the norm for an item shipping from IN. So I planned for that. When it was a no show, I checked tracking--now estimating delivery on Friday, but the item was still in IL. It was a no show on Friday, no surprise. Now reporting delivery on Sunday? I dismissed it until Monday. It DID show up on Sunday, but it could have easily waited until today, Monday, at that point.

I had some issues with the cart, reading what I had entered and opening up the cart. I called customer service, had about a 20 wait, but the csr was very helpful and my issues were resolved. Thank you
