Place an order due to items low price and free delivery using PayPal. I was skeptical due to little to no correspondence after order was placed. A day before my estimated delivery date I did get an email with a new delivery shipping date about a week later than originally stated as the item was being shipped direct from manufacturer and it was out of Autoplicity control. No other updates that the item shipped but low and behold it just showed up as stated. The item was what I ordered and in undamaged condition which is surprising for how big the box was! (A front grill/bumper guard for a Ram van). So no regrets and would consider using them again and can recommend if your not in a hurry for an item or someone that needs constant updates. Thanks!
