I did not need the barrage of emails that were sent before the order was delivered asking by how you did was exhausting. One email asking for a response when the order was received would have been enough. I will think twice before ordering from your site in the future.

Needed Ducky Water Spot Remover for my boat & ordered from a different supplier on July 12, prior to placing the same order with Autoplicity. I was never informed of the back order with previous supplier until after I hit the "place order" button, then receive an email notice hours later. Waited weeks to find out the product would not be in stock until July 30. Too long to wait. I found the same product "in stock" at Autoplicity for a great sale price. Placed my order & had the product within days!! I'm a happy customer!
