I contacted customer service because I paid for my order on the 6th of Aug paid for 2 day shipping. I hadn't heard nothing it was the 9th of Aug so I received an email receiving a 5 dollar credit because they made a mistake an sent my order out as ground. The customer service rep looked up my order an sent me the email to track my order
