I had paid for 2-day shipping and "Jennifer" was very professional helpful when the shipping was delayed and I reached out to Autoplicity customer service. She refunded the shipping charge and I received the product the following day.

The supplied backing nuts did not fit the threads tight and stripped before I could tighten them to my RV doors.
I had to use the old previously installed nuts which fit the threads more snug
