Ordered a fuel line, came in a little late but was fedexs fault, good customer service definitely will work with them in the future

Website easy to navigate, shipping lightning fast. The only thing surprising was parts inside sealed box are dirty and manufacturing stickers were not present. It almost seemed like the parts were repackaged.

I ordered a genuine Ford part from Autoplicity and was pleased when I opened the box to find exactly that, and not some cheap knockoff. The best of all it arrived in 2 days so I was able to get my truck back on the road quickly.
