In general I was very happy. When I placed the order for brake pads, you had one set in your warehouse and one set was coming from somewhere else. I asked the customer service person I was talking to not to ship the ones from your warehouse until I knew the other set had shipped (these pads are in short supply and I already had one case where they said they were in stock and then I found out later they weren't). However you shipped the set from your warehouse right away. So I was unhappy about that but the other set did arrive as you said it would and the people I interacted with at your company were very good. So all in all I'm happy and I would buy from you again.
