Had exactly the part I needed, and with fast shipping options.

the item Brembo 09.B754.21 was not clear in the information about the quantity of rotors the actual picture and other informations about fitting. If I was looking for my car directly from your website I would never arrive to this item. My research was direct from Brembo Italy, where I looked for my car, but strangely the box with this part number show 2 rotors inside and I get also answer from other vendors that confirmed that the rotors are 2 inside the box, so I called in your shop and a rappresentative confirmed that the box has 2 rotors inside, when I received my order the box show 1 rotors inside also in the description printed in it, it's not really a problem, my goal was to have my work done, but really was confusing informations and a big lack in description on the item.

I had placed my order and then had been checking the confirmation email site for updates on processing and when it was shipped. It had been over a week with no updates noted just that the order was received. I emailed customer service to see if my order had shipped yet and was told they would check with the warehouse to check the status. They responded quickly to let me know what date it was shipped and provided tracking information. I appreciated the quick response and follow up by your customer service representative. Perhaps keeping the "progress of order" page updated to real time more often would be beneficial.

By my own error and partially how the product was advertised, I believed I was getting a cushion with snaps and not Velcro. I, fortunately, have some stainless snap kits and can resolve the issue.
Besides that, everything went fine
