I was not informed that my order was shipped out. When I called and asked about it the rep said it would ship out next week. Later that day I got a notice from FedEx that my order was out for delivery. The product I bought was the correct item I ordered ' brand new in the box' so everything was good in that way.

I was very satisfied with the item we purchased and delivery time. The only thing I wish we could of done was add another item to our shipment before it was shipped. We I called customer service but was told that could not be done.
