I was not informed that my order was shipped out. When I called and asked about it the rep said it would ship out next week. Later that day I got a notice from FedEx that my order was out for delivery. The product I bought was the correct item I ordered ' brand new in the box' so everything was good in that way.

Everything was easy, but paid for two-day shipping and I didn't receive the items for over 3 weeks.
