Great price and quick delivery. The only issue I had was that I did not receive a shipping confirmation and tracking info. I had to contact customer service and they weren't even clear on shipping info. While I was waiting for a reply, the tire showed up at my house. I received shipping confirmation the day after it arrived.

I had tried to cancel an order prior to shipment, but the product still shipped. I have shipped back my product and am waiting on a full refund. Assuming this process goes smoothly, I would rate the customer service 5 stars. My name is Andre Hotard.
