Pump connection wires look weak, and box it arrived in was a bit beat up. Overall, the pump looks good, but I am suspect about the wire connections. They look weak and prone to breakage. Looks like they have been refurbished. Was purchased as a gift, so the receiver of pump will need to determine its quality.

Was very satisfied with this transaction except for one thing..
Their ad that I responded to clearly stated "Free Shipping" but the final invoice included an insurance charge (which I did not ask for) AND shipping charges.. Don't offer free shipping and then not honor it..
Otherwise was a simple process and received the product in a timely fashion..
