I had tried to cancel an order prior to shipment, but the product still shipped. I have shipped back my product and am waiting on a full refund. Assuming this process goes smoothly, I would rate the customer service 5 stars. My name is Andre Hotard.

Ordered Online and it showed that the product was in stock. I received an order acknowledgment then also received another email stating the product was backordered. Called CS and they assured me the product was in stock and would ship w/in 24hrs of the order date. It actually did ship the next day and I received the product 2 days later.
