the website isn't loading correctly. I have ordered through here before with no issues. today i couldn't change my shipping option and it loaded the screen in text only. the price is still good, so its not a huge deal

Finding the item was great. There were not many places that had it due to stock shortages from Onan/Cummins. The price was a lot lower than the closest company that stocked it. Ordering was easy. However, I contacted CS due to the fact that the "Tracking" link in the email did not lead me to any type of tracking. The only thing it did was go to the invoice for the order. I was kind of bugged as I was getting ready to head out of town and needed the part. I do web app design and implementation for a living. Someone needs to check the click on links to ensure they go to the proper place.
