So the low stars because, I received the products in two different boxes, which there didn't seem to be any reason as they would have fit in one. The order didn't indicate that there were two different boxes and they showed up days apart. I then contacted you via customer support being worried and no one reached out.

Everything was good except for FedEx it was supposed to arrive on a Thursday but didn't arrive until late Sunday. I needed it Friday so I could move my boat to a new marina.
