My order was back ordered. I was notified soon after my order was placed. I sent an email to customer service and I was happy with the timely response and a response with an update on my order. As promised, once the order was shipped a tracking number was emailed to me. We had not used our item yet but very good customer service!

Sales staff were not familiar as to primer to be used with the Pacifica plus. I had to search that myself.
