Easy ordering experience. I used PayPal and made it secure and seamless. The packaging was superb. The widget used to define the fitment was perfect - I have a '93 British SUV and its not always easy finding exact parts and the fact that it was a Bosch made it better.

Was bothered about the shipment coming with a lot of damage to the box and it had foot prints all over it. I reached out with concern and was told I could return it but will be charged to restock/service. This is uncool considering the condition it arrived in from the warehouse or etc.
