After looking for a basement air conditioner to replace my Winnebago Adventurer's basement air that quit working this place had one! I received quickly and undamaged! It was exactly what mine was! Installation was easy. You disconnect the power, disconnect the supply air (8 sheetmetal screws), loosen two 1/2" bolts remove two brackets and the unit slides right out.
You couldn't have had an easier upgrade/replacement!
