The price was was right and received exactly what I ordered. There was some delay from when I ordered and the shipping date. But all and all a good deal.

My order was back ordered. I was notified soon after my order was placed. I sent an email to customer service and I was happy with the timely response and a response with an update on my order. As promised, once the order was shipped a tracking number was emailed to me. We had not used our item yet but very good customer service!
