Great deal!

Service was great. However, I first needed to change an order & found I had to cancel it and reorder correctly. I did this. However, the second order was also cancelled by the warehouse because they thought it was a duplicate. I reordered again! The battery was shipped this Monday & arrived Tuesday! So... other than the "safe" second cancellation, everything is 100% good!

Battery arrived and I did a quick voltage test. 12.78 V ...

My order was back ordered. I was notified soon after my order was placed. I sent an email to customer service and I was happy with the timely response and a response with an update on my order. As promised, once the order was shipped a tracking number was emailed to me. We had not used our item yet but very good customer service!

Received immediate helped and placed my order right after!
