Overall experience was good until we had to return the item because it wouldn't work with the seat we had. Problem is that when we tred to get the specs on the item you didn't have any of the measurements available. So I was told that if it didn't work I could retun it. When I did you said it was because I ordered wrong so I would be charged to return it. It was wrong because you didn't have any info on the actual size and the only way to see if it would work was to order it.

I think the shopping experience was great. Now we will see how the shipping experience is! Thank you. I wish we could’ve had a coupon or a discount with this purchase. Maybe you could let us know if we can get one for this purchase?

Awesome price on a Yokohama tire for my Lotus. Delivered a day later than expected, but overall a good experience.
