I have one of these on another boat.
I love it and it's saved my lower unit more than once when I unexpectedly found a stump or hard bottom..
It also allows me to run with the motor higher because if the set back.

I Called and asked basic question but was told I can not be helped and was referred to sales, which was closed or out of office. I emailed sales and received zero response. Not what I expected.

Your selection and service is great. The only issue i had was knowing if the product i was ordering was a stock item. I had to contact your customer service about three days after ordering to get an estimated delivery time, would have been nice to know sooner.
