I did not receive mounting hardware and had to buy my own. Chatted with customer service and they said they would inform the warehouse. Nothing happened.

Your site said "free shipping", yet charged me shipping. And yes I saw all the selections, not only didn't I select any, but it also didn't let me select any. And o e the final page it selected one for me! Not cool!
