Overall experience was good until we had to return the item because it wouldn't work with the seat we had. Problem is that when we tred to get the specs on the item you didn't have any of the measurements available. So I was told that if it didn't work I could retun it. When I did you said it was because I ordered wrong so I would be charged to return it. It was wrong because you didn't have any info on the actual size and the only way to see if it would work was to order it.

I didn't favor the automatic additional payment options selected for me, such as the insurance and the 2-day shipping options. I feel that permissions should be prompted during the ordering process.

Would have been nice for my purchase to be shipped in 1 instead of 2 shipments. Just a little inconvenient as 1 arrived 3 days after the other. Not a big deal just inconvenient for me at the time.
