Website said the system I ordered was different from what the order confirmation said. I called customer service who said they could not confirm what was shipped and told me to send inquiry via email. In the end the system fit, but If you are not going to help customers over the phone, don't have a customer service number!

Boatplicity shorted me one saddle float. I called customer service to see if it was backordered, I spoke with Joy and she was a big help and i had the 4th float within 2 days.
