I didn't use boatplicity.com for customer assistance, but the "contact us" section. the unit isn't, hasn't nor was it working as designed. air blows, but it isn't even close to warm air.

I searched online for my product, found it and the best price at thmotorsports.com, ordered it, and received it as promised, in perfect condition as advertised. I'm a satisfied customer. Guess they have a sister company: autoplicity.com. I'm shoppin' them too.
