Ordered and AC came in promptly, installed and noticed cover was damaged so I took pictures and contacted Autoplicity twice trying to get a cover. Finally I received a email with a RMA number to return complete unit, I replied twice in email to ask just for the cover and never got a reply so I uninstalled and sent it in. Almost a week later I called and was notified for the first time that they could only refund me, no replacement if I wanted a replacement I would need to reorder. All this even after I requested to talk to a manager and was told they were busy and would call me back. Never received that phone call. Horrible customer service!!
