I didn't use boatplicity.com for customer assistance, but the "contact us" section. the unit isn't, hasn't nor was it working as designed. air blows, but it isn't even close to warm air.

I bought my item from them due to the original site I bought from kept telling me my item was back ordered and didnt know when they would have one. It was easy and painless to order and received my item in a timely matter. The price was good especially seeing what other sites were charging, not the lowest price but we'll worth the extra 20 bucks I paid. Will buy from them again if they have what I need.
