I didn't use boatplicity.com for customer assistance, but the "contact us" section. the unit isn't, hasn't nor was it working as designed. air blows, but it isn't even close to warm air.

Bought wheels for a trailer, they arrived in a timely manner. The product picture was a little misleading but overall happy with the purchase.
