paid for 2 day delivery and took for days to receive after I was told could not ship to PO Box. That should tell
you immediately when you type in ship to address on order form like all other business's do

Website said the system I ordered was different from what the order confirmation said. I called customer service who said they could not confirm what was shipped and told me to send inquiry via email. In the end the system fit, but If you are not going to help customers over the phone, don't have a customer service number!
