There was one speaker grid missing..
It was apparent that the box had been opened previously. Please forward this to customer service - would request that missing mesh grid be sent to me.

Overall experience was good until we had to return the item because it wouldn't work with the seat we had. Problem is that when we tred to get the specs on the item you didn't have any of the measurements available. So I was told that if it didn't work I could retun it. When I did you said it was because I ordered wrong so I would be charged to return it. It was wrong because you didn't have any info on the actual size and the only way to see if it would work was to order it.
