The item I bought was one to replace something I thought I had accidentally thrown away. A couple days after the boatplicity item arrived I located the like item I already had. I initiated the return process with boatplicity, as I no longer had need of the item. I completed the return request stuff and it said I would be contacted to continue the process but no one has contacted me.

I found the product I wanted, and the order was easy to complete. All info was clear and precise, so did not have to speak with anyone! Acknowledgement of the order was prompt and was filled and shipped almost immediately. Packaged well and received within a few days. I certainly will consider the seller should the time arise in the future.
