Good Dometic product but a terrible shipper of said product.
Ordered one toilet and it was broken in the box when we received it. We had to order another one and it was good. We where told by Autoplicity that we could not get a refund for the first one even though we had purchased insurance to cover the damaged one. So we paid for two toilets in order to get one that was good.
