I had first contacted through the "contact us" place on the web page, with no response. Later I found the customer service email, and had very good response. I'd suggest making that customer service email more prominent!

When I ordered the radiator, it said it would be two day shipping. FedEx said that two day shipping was not paid for so it took a week to get here. I had to reschedule the installation.
