Autoplicity did a great job. If not mistaken this was shipped from manufactuer. The radiator came in it's own factory box and should have been double boxed as the box was damaged pretty bad. Thank goodness the radiator survived! But one more box toss or kick in the shipping process and it would have been trash!

This is one of those rare cases when I'm really eager to provide feedback because every part of this purchase transaction was simply outstanding!  It was easy and straightforward to find the item (helmet) and buy it online, the price was much better than competing stores, and I was so happy when it arrived on my doorstep a mere two days after I bought it!  Communication via email was clear and informative, and the helmet itself I'm very pleased with and it was packaged securely and safely.  I really appreciate all the hard work by Autoplicity to make this one of those truly good shopping experiences.  Thank you!
