Shipping cost is seemingly random and impossible to understand. Shipping 2 products was cheaper than 3 which was the same cost as 1 and if I picked 2 of a certain kind it was cheaper than 2 of a different kind and for a second I thought I was getting free shipping until I wasn't all of a sudden. It was kinda ridiculous.

This is one of those rare cases when I'm really eager to provide feedback because every part of this purchase transaction was simply outstanding! It was easy and straightforward to find the item (helmet) and buy it online, the price was much better than competing stores, and I was so happy when it arrived on my doorstep a mere two days after I bought it! Communication via email was clear and informative, and the helmet itself I'm very pleased with and it was packaged securely and safely.
