My shopping experience with Autoplicity has been great! I received my order with the two day express mail. When I went to set the clock hands, the hour hand fell off inside of the clock. I need to replace this unit and I'm wondering what the process is and how to do it. Please let me know!

I'm waiting on my refund. I was not happy that I couldn't talk to a real person regarding my return and my repurchase of the correct prop that I needed. So , if I get my total refund without a huge restocking fee(since the prop is new in original packaging and I bought another prop that is the correct size) then I will be extremely satisfied.
