Needed a new battery for my boat. Decided to go with AGM type. Looked at all the options and chose a high end unit. Boatplicity had the best price. And offered free shipping, BUT I didn't want to wait the estimated time, so I added $10 to get it in two days, promised. It didn't arrive in two days, more like 6 days. Disappointed I wasted 10 bucks, but satisfied with the battery.

I had two orders, and needed to return item on first order. Had issues when it came to Getting an RMA. kept getting an Internal error. Multiple try's (a lot) and I was finely able to figure out how! There is no guidance even on "frequently asked questions category" on how submit an RMA request. What made it much harder is there was no phone # to contact Customer Service. NOT Good!!! As far as my second order, I am very happy with the Husky floor mat liners.
