The ordering process was really easy. And the part the I purchased although was lesser quality than OEM, it fit perfect and so far has been without issue. It's been put to the test this last week and performed great.

Your online system would not allow me to put my Alaska address for billing, even though the order was to be shipped to Texas. I sent repeated emails requesting a phone call and no one would call me or provide me a number to call.
