Shipping was super fast, however product arrived with slight damage, had some minor paint chipping. Was disappointed, but installed anyways as I needed for use right away and didn't have time to return.

Did not receive email with tracking number. When checking order online, the status indicated the order was in process. I was surprised when the order was delivered only three days after placement. I expected a longer wait time. Good price, fast delivery, 4.5 stars.

The two machined metal parts were rolling around in a big box.
Banging against each others machined metal spines. the part should have packing that would not collapse.
foam peanuts, not plastic air puffs that collapse during shipping.
Was surprised box packing tap did not fail. That would have resulted in missing parts at point of delivery.

Prices are among the lowest around. Had a change with my order. Customer support team was quick to respond to emails and make corrections. Will order from Autoplicity again.

Excellent store! I found the fuel pump that I was looking for right away and for almost half the cost of competitors. Better yet, the order shipped out that night! I make a lot of online purchases and have grown accustomed to the normal lengthy process but this store knows what they're doing! Great experience overall and I will be sure to buy from them again and spread the word!

There.was a bit of miscommunication between sales and shipping departments, but my order was filled and shipped as stated. Very low price, in fact the lowest on the net, and I did alot of research. Best place to find good products for cheap. I just got a jet programmer for almost $100 below the normal price. I also appreciate the fact that they gave me a call to make sure I was the one ordering.
